Description

Impact Tester NOVOTEST STRIKE-U6272 dirancang untuk menentukan kekuatan film cat (coating) di bawah pengaruh beban 1 kg atau beban lainnya.

Desain perangkat STRIKE-U6272 dibuat untuk memenuhi persyaratan ISO 6272-2002 modern.

Perangkat ini dapat digunakan di laboratorium pabrik untuk pengujian pelapisan selama proses pembuatan, dan juga dalam kondisi lapangan selama pekerjaan pemeliharaan.

Instrumen ini digunakan untuk pengujian pelapis pada logam, plastik, lantai, panel kayu, keramik, kaca, beton, sampel screed.

Perangkat mengukur tinggi maksimum, jatuh bebas dengan massa tertentu dari beban yang tidak menyebabkan kerusakan mekanis terlihat pada permukaan pelat yang diuji dengan lapisan pernis. Kekuatan pelapis pada benturan ditentukan sebagai tinggi maksimum di sentimeter dimana beban penembakan 1 kg jatuh bebas ke permukaan yang diuji sesuai dengan ISO 6272 atau ASTM D 2794.

Operating method

The tests can be performed in two ways:

  • By principle destroyed / not destroyed, when the test is performed at set up height and a certain weight of sinker (test coating for compliance with the specific requirements)
  • Test for define the minimum drop height with a gradual increasing the height of the falling and the minimum weight of sinker at which the coating was cracked or exfoliated from the painted surface

 

Testing

Install the required sinker at the desired height. If necessary, use required restrictors to limit the depth of the indentation. Put the tested plate outside (direct hit) or inside (back side hit) on the anvil cover. Holding the tested plate at this position by a presser coupling. Release the sinker and allows it to fall on the tested plate, which is lying on the anvil. After that inspect the coating with the magnifying glass.
